Hello Islanders!

You may have noticed that some of our products mention donations in their description... Make no mistake, this is not one! ... A mistake, that is. 

Partially because of our roots in relation to recent events, coupled with our recent success of serving you all for 4 years, we at Minisi have decided to give back and support our community. This is not the first fundraiser we have done, nor will it be the last. 

In September of 2021, we collected a portion of the profit from orange shirts and flags for Truth and Reconciliation Week. Together we raised $4,262.13! Not bad, for our first year. Next September, we plan to do better... in fact, we hope to do the same every year to come!

Not just that--donations will continue to be collected throughout the year on these products. With your input, our goal is to donate to a cause for 11 of 12 months. The remaining month--September--will continue to be for Truth and Reconciliation Week, the only difference besides charity is that the percentage of the profit we donate at the end is slightly increased. This changes nothing about the price you pay, it will stay the same.

We are pleased to announce that, for the duration of October to August, donations from all products tagged "ECM" will be donated to both Na-Me-Res and Anishnaabe Kwewag Gamig Regional Women's Shelter. These organizations provide respite for all who seek shelter and healing, as well as provide them with the resources they need to move forward.
