An update on our donations. Introducing our new causes!

Hello Islanders!

Last year we promised to collect donations over the entire year. Here's an update!

As always, September was solely focused on The National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation. We raised $2742.00.

This is also the first year that we have donated to our community. We raised $1198.70 in donations over the rest of the year and divided it between two chosen shelters. Anishnaabe Kwewag Gamig and Na-Me-Res are shelters that offer temporary, transitional, and permanent housing to Indigenous people including those experiencing homelessness or seeking refuge from abuse. Both shelters offer programs that promote more spiritual and cultural connections, and healing, as well as provide resources for becoming independent once again.
